Ten: 1996 - Ten

Ten se formó en 1995, por el vocalista Gary Hughes (Joe Black) y el ex guitarrista de Dare, Asia y Ultravox, Vinny Burns. Después se unió el guitarrista de Simply red y Asia, Aziz Ibrihim, el bajista acreditado de Dare, Shelley y el baterista Greg Morgan, del mismo grupo.

El productor del disco fue Mike Stone y se publicó en mayo del año 1996.

Ten: 1997 - The robe

Para el año 1997, comenzaron a trabajar en su tercer disco.

Ten trabajó con el ex Valentine y Open skyz, Hugo, en su debut como solista. Siendo Hughes el productor del disco.

Habiendo aparecido en el año 1996 en el evento Now and then de Gods, en noviembre de 1997, la banda encabeza la presentación, celebrando la publicación de su nuevo disco, The robe. Para la presentación en el festival The Gods, la banda incluyó entre sus filas a Bob Catley, de Magnum.

Ten: 1999 - Spellbound

En 1999, la banda firma con el sello Mercury, para publicar su disco Spellbound, con el productor Rafe McKenna. El teclista fue de Ged Ryland, de Tygers of pan tang y Waysted.

Ten: 2001 - Far beyond the world

Ten volvió al estudio para grabar Far beyond the world. Disco que fue mezclado por el ex guitarrista de Victory, Tommy Newton e incluyó la participación del teclista de Hard rain, Paul Hodson.

Al poco tiempo, el guitarrista Vinny Burns se retira de la banda.

En enero del año 2002, Ten incluyó entre sus filas al guitarrista Chris Francis.

Hodson, quien temporalmente estuvo en la banda Pulse, apareció junto a Ten en el festival The Gods, en el mismo año.

A finales del año 2003, McKenna y Morgan, para presentaciones en vivo, se unieron a Vaughn, grupo liderado por el ex vocalista de Tyketto y Waysted, Danny Vaughn.

Al año siguiente, McKenna sesionó para Millenium.

En el mismo año, Paul Hodson creó Hodson, publicando el disco This strange world, en el sello Frontiers.

Ten: 2004 - Return to evermore

En junio del 2004, Ten vuelve con el disco Return to evermore, en su sello Intensity.

En septiembre del 2005, Greg Morgan ingresa a Voodoo circus.

En diciembre, el bajista Steve McKenna se retira de la banda.

Ten: 2006 - The twilight chronicles

En agosto del 2006 se publicó el disco The Twilight chronicles, en el sello Frontiers.

Para grabar el disco, estuvo Gary Hughes, los guitarristas Chris Francis y John Halliwell, el teclista Paul Hodson y el baterista de Drag and drop, Frank Basile.

Ten: 2011 - Stormwarning

No me sorprende que Ten saque discos sin puntos débiles, y en esta ocasión no es la excepción. Para el disco, los espacios dejados por Chris Francis y Frank Basile, fueron tomados por el guitarrista Neil Fraser, el bajista Mark Sumner y el baterista Mark Zonder.
