Europe: 1983 - Europe

Primer disco de ésta banda (antes llamada Force), que es considerada como una de las bandas Suecas más exitosas.

Con los éxitos obtenidos anteriormente en Suecia, decidieron publicar éste disco, que tuvo mucho éxito en Suecia y en Japón (eso no sería novedad).

La perfecta carta de presentación la tuvieron con In the future to come, Seven doors hotel, The king will return y agrego a Children of this time.

Europe: 1984 - Wings of tomorrow

La canción Open your heart les abrió las puertas al mundo. Se nota una mejoría en lo que es el grupo.

Yo recomendaría en especial (aparte de la discografía y la mencionada) a Stormwind, Scream of anger, Wasted time, Lyin' eyes y a Dance the night away.

Europe: 1986 - The final countdown

El éxito obtenido con The final countdown, Carrie, Rock the night y Cherokee catapultó al grupo a ser conocido como una de las bandas más importantes del rock a nivel mundial.

Luego de éste disco, y no conforme con el estilo del album, John Norum (guitarrista principal) abandona el grupo, para empezar una carrera como solista.

Yo aparte de sus éxitos recomendaría a Ninja, Heart of stone y a On the loose.

Out of this world no llenó las expectativas de su público, aunque Open your heart y Superstitious (el último no es de mi gusto) fueron dos grandes éxitos.

Aunque yo considero grandes canciones, también, a Ready or not, Sign of the times, Just the beginning, Never say die, Tower's callin' y las baladas Coast to coast con Tomorrow.

Europe: 1991 - Prisoners in paradise

Disco que pasó casi desapercibido, por el tiempo de agonía que pasaba el HARD ROCK.

Éste disco lo destaco por ser mucho más dinámico que el resto, mucho más "movido"... muy buen glam. Mi recomendación personal es para Halfway to heaven, I'll cry for you, Talk to me, Prisoners in paradise, Got your mind in the gutter y a A long time comin'.

Europe: 2004 - Start from the dark

En el 2003, la banda decide reunirse y con ello la promesa de un nuevo disco, éste sale a la venta el 2004 bajo el nombre de Start from the dark, el mismo día en que Jhon Norum fue padre. Álbum que recibió muy buenas críticas, con un nuevo sonido, que no por eso deja de ser increíble.

La canción Hero (mi favorita), fue dedicada a Phil Lynott de Thin lizzy, quien fue el "héroe" del grupo al ser la imagen más admirada por el grupo.

Aparte de Hero, es mi deber comunicar que el disco completo no es bueno... es EXCELENTE.
